Before each shift, the rope saw must be cleaned of aluminum shavings from the rolling guide tracks and the beam; ensure the rotating parts are at the designated position on the equipment; the power must be turned off during each cleaning. Do not scratch the guide track surface while cleaning. Regularly check if the lubricating oil in the saw blade spindle meets the lubrication requirements and add oil as needed.
Additionally, if time permits, we should inspect the lubrication and cooling system oil on the sawing machine frame to ensure it meets the day's work demand. If it does not, we must top up the oil immediately. In terms of safety, we must strictly adhere to the rule of not standing within 3 meters of the blade during sawing, especially not in front of the blade, to prevent sawdust and broken teeth from flying out and causing injury.
