Process Flow: Starch - Slurry - Saccharification - Neutralization - 1st Decolorization & Filtration - Ion Exchange - 1st Concentration - 2nd Decolorization - Filtration - 2nd Concentration - Final Product.
The role of industrial dextrose in wastewater treatment: Adding this product during the adjustment and application phase of wastewater treatment provides a carbon source, better cultivating bacteria, enhancing the biodegradability of wastewater, and effectively improving the affinity of sludge; In cases where the incoming wastewater B/C ratio is low in wastewater treatment, adding this component can supplement the carbon source, providing energy for denitrification and nitrogen removal.
