Jiulong Pipe Industry (Shandong) Co., Ltd. specializes in custom manufacturing cold rolled, hot rolled and hot extruded martenstic, ferritic, alloy pipes, round bars, and forged rings in materials such as 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3Cr13, 1Cr17, 4Cr13, 410-420-430-GCr15 Cr12MoV, H13, L80-13Cr, Super 13Cr, 60Si2Mn, 30CrMo, 42CrMo, 4140, 4340, 34CrNiMo6, 40CrNimo, 17-4PH, 1Cr17Ni2, 9Cr18Mo, and other special alloys. Currently, we possess three complete pipe production lines: one with 60 and 90mm piercing machines and six cold drawing production lines, one hot rolling production line, primarily producing medium and thick-walled seamless steel pipes with outer diameters of 30mm to 219mm; two 325mm ASSRL rolling mills, the largest three-roll rolling mill in China, utilizing mandrel pre-piercing and limited motion small circulation, and a three-level computer-controlled automation system, all reaching international advanced levels. The main products are seamless steel pipes with outer diameters of 177mm to 356mm, wall thicknesses of 10mm to 100mm, with outer diameter accuracy of ±0.5% and wall thickness accuracy of ±5%. The largest diameter for hot extrusion is 820mm.
