A copy of the business license.
Section II: Copies of Qualification Certificates
Section 3: Photocopy of the Legal Representative's ID Card
Section IV: Copy of ID card of the person in charge in Shanghai, as entrusted by the legal representative.
V. Relevant materials for the Shanghai office address (copy of the lease agreement and property certificate)
Section 6: Copies of the "Safety Production License" for construction enterprises from other provinces and cities operating in Shanghai
Section 7: Copies of Certificates for Three Categories of Personnel (including pages of change records)
Section 8: Record of Construction Engineers in Shanghai for Out-of-Province and Municipal Construction Enterprises
Section 9: Duplicate of Shanghai-registered construction engineer's certificate (including the stamped seal of the registered practice) with change records page.
Ten: Copy of ID card for registered personnel for Shanghai registration.
Eleven: Application for the Shanghai Legal Person One-Card Service (service can be handled on behalf of the applicant)
