Medium-duty Racking: A type of storage racking, specifically a shelf type. It is differentiated and named based on the load-bearing capacity of the racking. According to this classification, medium-duty racking falls between light-duty and heavy-duty racking, hence the name. Typically, the load-bearing capacity of each shelf is 150kg to 500kg.

Pillars: Cold-rolled steel profile stamping with butterfly holes, horizontal and diagonal bar welding. Beams: P-shaped steel, both ends welded to butterfly hole brackets. Shelves: Cold-rolled steel plates. All surfaces are treated with high-temperature static powder coating. The medium-duty storage racks are composed of pillar sections, beams, and shelves, featuring a simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly, and low cost.

Utilizes cold-rolled shaped steel and cold-rolled steel plates, formed through roller welding. The columns are made of special steel profiles, featuring butterfly holes (also known as dovetail holes) that fit neatly into the components on the beams, facilitating easy assembly and disassembly. The butterfly holes are spaced at 65mm intervals, allowing adjustable layer heights. The deck plates are cold-rolled steel, with spot-welded reinforcing strips underneath, supporting a single-layer load of 200-350KG (load capacity varies with material size). All surfaces are treated with acid pickling, phosphatizing, and electrostatic powder coating, followed by high-temperature treatment for a strong bond with the steel plates. This design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, suitable for storage and warehouse needs with lower load requirements. It can be paired with plastic storage boxes for storing a variety of small items. Custom sizes can be tailored to meet the customer's space requirements.
