Medium Duty Racking: A type of storage racking, classified as a shelf type. It is differentiated and named according to the load-bearing capacity of the racking. Medium duty racking falls between light-duty and heavy-duty racking in this classification, hence the name. Typically, the load-bearing capacity of each shelf is 150kg to 500kg.

Poles: Cold-rolled steel profile stamping with butterfly holes, horizontal and diagonal welding. Beams: P-shaped steel, both ends welded to butterfly hole brackets. Shelves: Cold-rolled steel plate. All surfaces treated with high-temperature electrostatic powder coating. Medium-duty storage racks are composed of poles, beams, and shelves, featuring simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly, and low cost.

Utilizing cold-rolled special-shaped steel and cold-rolled steel plates, formed through roller welding. The columns are made of steel special profiles, with butterfly holes (tail-like holes) that fit with the components on the beams for easy assembly and disassembly. The butterfly holes are spaced at 65mm intervals, allowing adjustable layer heights. The deck plates are cold-rolled steel, with spot-welded reinforcing bars underneath, enabling a single layer to support up to 200-350KG (weight capacity varies with material size). The surface is treated with acid washing, phosphatizing, and electrostatic powder coating, resulting in a high-temperature bond with the steel plate for aesthetics and lightweight. Suitable for storage and warehouse needs with lower weight requirements. Compatible with plastic containers for storing a variety of small items. Custom sizes available to fit customer space requirements.
