Medium-duty Racking: A type of storage racking, classified as a shelf racking. It is differentiated and named based on the load-bearing capacity of the shelves. According to this classification, medium-duty racking falls between light-duty and heavy-duty racking, hence the name. Typically, the shelves can bear 150kg to 500kg per shelf (the load-bearing capacity of most racking is calculated per shelf).

Column: Cold-rolled steel profile stamping with butterfly holes, horizontal and diagonal welding. Beam: P-shaped steel, both ends welded to butterfly hole fittings. Shelves: Cold-rolled steel plate. All surfaces are treated with static powder coating at high temperature. Medium-duty storage racks are composed of columns, beams, and shelves, featuring a simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly, and low cost.

Cold-rolled special steel and cold-rolled steel plates are rolled and welded to form the structure. The columns are made of steel special profiles, with butterfly holes (also known as dovetail holes) that fit into the brackets on the beams for easy assembly and disassembly. The butterfly holes are 65mm apart, and the layer height can be adjusted up or down. The layer boards are cold-rolled steel plates, with spot-welded reinforcing rods underneath to support up to 200-350KG per layer (weight capacity varies with material size). The surfaces are pickled, phosphatized, and electrostatically powder-coated, heat-treated to bond with the steel plate for aesthetics and lightweight. Suitable for storage and warehouse needs with lower weight requirements. Can be used with plastic storage boxes for storing a variety of small items. Sizes can be customized according to the customer's space requirements.
