The DS32-III Experimental Twin-Screw Extruder is a multifunctional extruder developed by integrating the principles and features of various single and twin-screw extruders to meet different process requirements. After four generations of improvements, it can adapt to a wide range of materials such as grains, tubers, starches, proteins, chemical raw materials, plastics, and rubbers for various experiments.

◆ Modular Screw Assembly: This machine is equipped with a variety of screw assembly units, including single-head conveying units, double-head conveying units, small pitch conveying units, large pitch conveying units, reverse helix, cutting blocks, resistance rings, kneading blocks, and metering sets, allowing for flexible design of screw combinations to meet different requirements.

◆ Temperature control with segmented bidirectional system: Heating rod and cooling elements are cast together in a single aluminum heater block, featuring low thermal inertia. The fractional structure allows for easy disassembly.

◆ Three pressure test points.

◆ Three feed ports: Adjust screw length-to-diameter ratio according to experimental requirements or use exhaust devices.
