Performance & Applications
1. AC-1203 is used as a dispersant, antistatic agent, and softening finish in the textile industry, and can also serve as a latex stabilizer and acid corrosion inhibitor.
2. AC-1202, AC-1205, AC-1210, and AC-1215 are used in pesticides for formulation and as herbicides. In the textile industry, they act as antistatic agents and emulsifiers for lubricants. They can also be used as additives for oils and fats, and in water-based inks.
3. The AC-1210 is particularly suitable as an antistatic additive for ship painting, reducing resistance and replacing high-voltage spray painting processes to improve working conditions. In adhesive textile applications, it serves as a dispersant for inorganic salts, and in industrial lubrication, it functions as an emulsifier for fats and oils.
4. When used with synthetic fibers, AC-1215 can be added to the spinning bath to prevent mud buildup on the nozzle and improve the transparency of alkaline fibers.
