1. Purpose
To standardize the operation, maintenance, and unified management of welding robots, promoting the standardization and institutionalization of safe operations.
2. Scope
This procedure applies to the safe operation and maintenance of welding robots.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 The equipment administrator is responsible for the maintenance, care plans, and unified management of the welding robot.
3.2 Maintenance personnel are responsible for the maintenance, care, and repair of welding robots, as well as for filling out maintenance and repair records. 3.2 Operators are in charge of the daily safe operation, cleanliness, and record-keeping of the welding robots.
4. Safety Operation Procedures
4.1 Operators of the robots must undergo prescribed training and education, and have a thorough understanding of safety and the functions of the robots.
4.2 At the start of the robot operation, the daily check and maintenance as specified in the checklist must be carried out.
4.3 When using the robot, set the power switch to ON, confirm that the circuit breaker is in the ON position. The system will automatically start and begin self-diagnosis. After the self-diagnosis is complete, the screen will display the pendant teach operation panel. Program the teaching of the operation program by switching the "mode conversion switch" on the operation panel, and enable the automatic operation of the operation program.
Upon the start of the 4.4 robot's automatic operation, ensure that the program number, step number, mode, and start-up selection are set to an automatic operation status before proceeding.
4.5 Simple Teaching Setting Operation:
4.5.1 Manually operate to move the robot to the desired recording location.
4.5.2 While pressing [Action Possible], press the allocated digit key for the desired interpolation type. Press [7]: Locate P, press [8]:Direct Line L, press [9]: Arc C.
4.5.3 Press [Speed] and [Accuracy] to switch, with speed and accuracy displayed on the record status.
4.5.4 Press the [Cover/Record] button to initiate the record movement command. 4.6 Automatic Operation (Regeneration) Switching Method and Program Selection:
4.6.1 Suspended Teaching Operation Panel Displays Current Settings
4.6.2 While holding down the [Action Possible] button, press F2 to toggle between [Start Internal, Program Internal] and [Start External, Program External].[External Sequence]
4.6.3 The Maintenance Menu has been updated to change the start option and program selection. While holding down the [Action Possible] button, press f6 [Maintenance] and select[1. Instruction, Re-generation Conditions]
4.6.4 Position the cursor to the [2. Start Selection] and [3. Select Regeneration Program], set them respectively, with [Action Possible] + [Left and Right]
Make the changes, and then press F12 [Write] after the changes are complete.
4.7 Operators must understand the robot's motion path, motion status, and sound, and be able to judge if there are any abnormal conditions.
Before a robot malfunctions, there may be some warning signs. To detect anomalies in advance, it's crucial to understand its normal state on a regular basis.
4.8 In the event of any abnormal conditions, the emergency stop must be activated immediately, and the relevant person in charge must be contacted for timely handling.
Upon completion of the 4.9 task, the site must be organized, tidied, and cleaned. Any dirt or debris left in the work area must be thoroughly cleaned up.
5. Maintenance and Routine Care Procedures
5.1 Prior to operation, it is mandatory to inspect the robot's appearance, clean the exterior surface of dust and dirt, and check if the base bolts are loose.
Check for any damage or wear on the gas hose, leaks, and ensure the grounding wire is reliably grounded.
5.2 Inspect coaxial power cables and焊接 power cables for any scratches, wear, or deformation.
5.3 Inspect the wire feeding device roller for wear, and clean the dust and oil attached to the feeding roller and the filter.
5.4 Inspect the torch alignment and precision at the aiming point, check for any deviations.
5.5 Check for any faults, damage, or issues with the welding cables on the 5.5 robot mainframe, as well as any damage to the intermediate connection lines.
5.6 Ensure adequate lubrication for the 5.6减速齿轮, check for any unusual noises, and replenish lubricating oil.
5.7 The robot operates for 9,000 hours or undergoes a check and adjustment of the synchronous belt tensioning device every three years. Routine maintenance tasks are performed by the operators, while scheduled maintenance is carried out by the maintenance staff.
