CDX-III Multi-functional Magnetic Particle Detector

The CDX-III Multi-functional Magnetic Particle Testing Instrument is a magnetic particle testing device with various magnetization methods. The instrument uses silicon-controlled rectifiers as non-contact switches, offering low noise, long lifespan, simple operation, convenience, strong adaptability, and stable performance. In addition to all the advantages of portable models, it also features multi-functional capabilities. Equipped with E A O D type probes as per customer requirements, it greatly expands its applications, simplifies operation, and also includes demagnetization functions. It can perform a one-time comprehensive display of defects and scars on various welds, curved surfaces, flat surfaces, pipes, boilers, spherical tanks, and other pressure vessels with different geometric shapes. Its wide range of applications is particularly suitable for non-conductive arc striking surface inspection of parts.
