Advantages:ASA film, renowned for its exceptional anti-aging properties, is widely used in the roofing shingles industry. It allows for online thermal lamination during the shingle manufacturing process, ensuring uniform lamination thickness, color consistency, and high bonding strength. This overcomes the color variation issue found in traditional co-extruded ASA laminates and also saves on material costs. The processing thickness range of the ASA surface is 0.05-0.2mm, with a width of 1500mm, uniform thickness, and stable dimensions.
