The JWSBL vertical series HDPE/PVC double-walled corrugated pipe full computer extrusion production line, designed and manufactured with precision, boasts high yield, stable extrusion, and high automation. The extruder can be specially designed according to the user's raw material conditions, with HDPE utilizing a new high-efficiency single-screw extruder and PVC using large flat or conical twin extruders. The molding machine and die have high precision. The modular interchangeability is good. Cooling methods include water-cooling and air-cooling, enabling online expansion and ensuring the performance specifications of the formed pipe materials. The ring double-blade cutting machine offers excellent cutting precision. The entire production line is equipped with a Siemens human-machine interface control system, featuring high-level self-control functions.
