First, connect the three-phase main power switch, then the cooling water, and finally, turn on the power switch on the control box on the machine side, ensuring all necessary installations are completed.

2. Turn on the cooling water. Close the external power switch, the air switch at the back of the equipment, and the power switch on the front panel.

Choose "Manual" or "Automatic" work mode.

In Manual Mode:

Set the "Manual/Automatic" selector switch to the "Manual" position.

Adjust the heating power knob to an appropriate position.

Step on the pedal switch to start heating; at this point, the "working" indicator light blinks, the machine beeps "beep, beep," and the "digital display" shows the size of the output heating current; the larger the current, the faster the heating; the "time display" shows the heating time.

Release the pedal switch to stop heating.

Note: If the foot switch is used to control, the start button on the panel will not function. It is necessary to disconnect the foot switch from the remote plug continuously in order to operate the start button on the panel.
