Pre-fabricated Polyurethane Insulated Pipes

High-density polyethylene plastic outer sheath pre-fabricated聚氨酯 foam buried thermal insulation pipes feature excellent thermal insulation materials with low thermal conductivity; remain stable when damp, good heat resistance, non-corrosive to metals, lightweight with abundant voids; possess certain mechanical strength, not prone to damage under external forces; easy to process, and cost-effective.

2. Rock wool thermal insulation pipe

Rockwool insulation pipes are made primarily from basalt and other natural ores, which are melted at high temperatures to form fibers, then processed with a suitable binder to create the insulation pipes. These pipes are suitable for insulating various types of pipelines. Rockwool insulation pipes offer advantages such as low thermal conductivity, high operating temperatures, fire resistance, ease of installation, and a high performance-to-price ratio. They can be used for energy-saving insulation and frost protection on various pipelines.

3. PE-RT Type Pre-fabricated Direct Burial Insulation Pipe

The PE-RT II pre-fabricated buried thermal insulation pipe boasts excellent performance and is used in the secondary pipeline systems of urban centralized heating. It consists of three parts: the outer protective layer, insulation layer, and working pipe. The outer protective layer is made of high-density polyethylene; the insulation layer uses rigid polyurethane foam plastic; and the PE-RT working pipe is made from Type II heat-resistant polyethylene pipe material, with a tolerance for low and high temperatures ranging from -40°C to 110°C.

4. Steel-clad and plastic-clad steel-insulated pipes

Steel-clad steel thermal insulation pipes are composed of an outer protective steel pipe with anti-corrosion treatment, polyurethane foam insulation layer, and an inner working steel pipe, or an aerogel thermal insulation mat combined with polyurethane high-pressure foam composite solution. Plastic-clad steel thermal insulation pipes are tightly integrated with a high-density polyethylene outer pipe, polyurethane foam insulation layer, and an inner working steel pipe, or the insulation layer is replaced with an aerogel thermal insulation mat combined with polyurethane high-pressure foam composite solution.

5. Phenolic Insulation Pipes

Phenolic foam insulation pipes are a new type of pipe insulation material, featuring easy installation and a neat appearance. They have been widely used in pipe insulation systems for building cold and hot water pipes, fire protection pipes, water supply and drainage pipes, household heating pipelines, oil transportation pipelines, and liquefied natural gas pipelines, among others.
