To extend the service life of machinery and equipment, regular maintenance is essential. For the organic fertilizer production line, it's equally important to conduct daily maintenance and care. Here are the key points for maintenance summarized for you:

　1Maintain a clean work environment by removing granulation leaves and residual paste inside and outside the granulator, as well as cleaning any砂浆 or splatter found on the organic fertilizer equipment. Wipe the exposed surfaces of the equipment clean, apply rust-proof paint, and install protective covers to prevent dust from entering.

 2Regularly inspect the gap between the standard and the granulation kettle.

 3The organic fertilizer equipment is designed without external oiling ports, and both gears and worm gears are lubricated with grease. The top and bottom gears should be oiled with triple黄油 once every quarter; during oiling, the cover of the driving gear box and the transmission gear box can be opened separately. The sliding surface between the hinge of the gear box support and the bracket should be continuously oiled. The worm gear box and bearings are pre-filled with transmission grease at the factory, but the transmission machinery should be cleaned once a year after use, and all protective lubricating oils should be replaced.

 4Regularly attending to the operation of the organic fertilizer machine should not result in severe abnormal noises, but there should be no metallic grinding sounds. If any abnormalities are detected, the machine should be immediately stopped, inspected, and the fault resolved before resuming use. If no corresponding cause is found, the machine cannot be started. If metallic grinding sounds are heard, first check the gap between the granulating pot and the granulating blade of the organic fertilizer equipment.

　5.When updating the granulation drum or blade for organic fertilizer, the working gap should be re-determined each time, and it should be repeatedly adjusted to meet the standard before proceeding with use.

 6If the program controller cannot operate the organic fertilizer machine, check whether the power voltage, power plug socket, and connection plug socket are normal, and inspect for internal faults within the controller.

Fertilizer equipment manufacturers recommend regular inspections and maintenance to avoid unnecessary troubles and issues during use.
