Now in useElectric HeaterThere are quite a few people.Electric HeaterCommon heating methods primarily involve generating heat through self-heating elements, which then transfer the heat to the medium requiring heating. Industrial and household appliances produced using electric heaters are numerous, such as lab electric horses, household irons, heaters, etc. Meanwhile, there are various heating methods for heaters. However, any device can experience malfunctions, and common issues with electric heaters include the following:

No heat (due to a burnt-out heating wire inside the electric heater or a broken wire at the junction box)

2. Rupture or breakage of electrical heating elements (such as cracks in heating elements, or heating elements breaking due to corrosion, etc.)

3. Leaking (primarily due to circuit breakers or residual current protection switches tripping, resulting in electric heating tubes failing to heat), this type of fault accounts for over 90% of electric heaters' issues.

How to Handle Electric Heater Malfunctions:

If the heater fails to heat due to a broken internal wire in the heating element and cannot be repaired, it will need to be replaced; if the issue is a broken or loose wire or connector, it can be reconnected.

If the heating tube is cracked or broken, the only solution is to replace the heating tube.

3. In case of a short circuit, identify the point of leakage and consider the situation accordingly. If it's the heating tube itself, you can bake it in an oven; if the insulation resistance is too low, you may need to replace the heating tube; if water has entered the junction box, use a hairdryer to dry it; for frayed wires, you can wrap them with tape or replace the wires.

Electric heaters should be securely mounted and properly positioned. The effective heating area must be fully immersed in liquid or metal solids, and burning without fuel is strictly prohibited. If scale or carbon deposits are found on the surface of the tube, they should be cleaned off promptly before use to prevent reduced heat dissipation and prolonged usage time.

When heating fusible metals or solid nitrate, alkali, asphalt, paraffin, etc. with electric heaters, the operating voltage should be reduced first. The voltage can then be increased to the rated voltage only after the medium has melted. When heating air, the elements should be arranged in a crisscross pattern uniformly to ensure good heat dissipation conditions and to fully heat the air passing through.

When heating nitrate with electric heaters, safety measures must be considered to prevent explosion accidents. The wiring section should be placed outside the insulation layer, avoiding contact with corrosive, explosive substances, and moisture. The connecting wires should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring section for a long time, and excessive force should be avoided when tightening the screw connections.

The components of electric heaters should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance falls below 1MΩ after long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at around 200°C, or heated by applying a reduced voltage until the insulation resistance is restored. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube should be kept away from contaminants and moisture in the usage area to prevent electric leakage accidents.

Our main products include electric heating boilers, high-density single-ended heating pipes, electric heating pipes for boilers, electric heating pipes for ovens, finned electric heating pipes, electric heating appliances for cars, electric power heating appliances, explosion-proof electric heating appliances, synthetic electric heating appliances, storage tank electric heating appliances, high-temperature ceramic electric heating appliances, molecular sieve electric heating appliances, recirculating electric heating appliances, HAWK-type electric heating appliances, crawler-type electric heating appliances, hot water electric heating appliances, and fluid circulation electric heating appliances.

Electric heating appliances (electric heating tubes) are metal tubes with spiral electric heating alloys (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloys) evenly distributed along the central axis inside the tube. The gaps are filled and compacted with magnesia sand, which has excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. The tube ends are sealed with silicone or ceramic. This metal-clad electric heating element can heat air, metal molds, and various liquids.

Electric heaters operate through the thermal effect produced by conducting wires. Similarly, the development and popularity of electric heaters, like other industries, have been in a nascent stage. Most early electric heating appliances used in daily life followed a similar pattern: gradually spreading from advanced regions to the rest of the world; from urban areas to rural; from collective to family, and eventually to individuals. At the same time, safety must always be a priority when using electric heaters!
