Principle of Lead Door Operation


Principle and Structure of Lead Door: The door frame features upper and lower fixed hinges on its side. These hinges connect the door panel to the frame, allowing the panel to rotate around the hinge axis, thereby enabling the opening and closing of the lead door. The lead door consists mainly of the door frame, door panel, hinges, door bolt, clamping mechanism, and buffer stoppers. When power-driven operation is required, an electric or hydraulic impact device can be installed on the wall when the protective door with an adjustable push rod or other driving mechanism is open.


Standardly, buffer blocks are set up, with the inner side of the lead door sealed with a rubber gasket. When closed, they work in conjunction with the door frame to provide sealing and buffering. The structure of the sliding door pull cord is as shown in the diagram. The sliding protective door moves perpendicular to the door opening, i.e., parallel to the wall direction. The walking mechanism is installed above or below the door body. Generally, light-duty door bodies are mounted above the door body, which can be referred to as suspended sliding guide door drive. Heavy-duty door drive mechanisms are installed below the door body, known as bottom-driven sliding guide door.
