Material is strictly mixed according to the process ratio, and is used as needed with the progress of the construction.
The ratio of protective materials to general cement is 4:1.
Apply each layer at a thickness of 10mm to prevent sagging mortar on the wall from affecting quality.
To prevent cracks at the joints, continue construction after roughening the joint area diagonally.
5. The second coat of plastering can only be applied after the construction layer has cured.
During the solidification process, if cracks appear, use a shovel to scrape out a furrow 10-15mm wide along the cracks to the point where the crack joins the layer, then fill in the gap with protective cement mortar.
7. After the protective wall construction is completed, to prevent the evaporation of barium ions in the protective materials, the wall must be sealed with cement mortar to smooth the surface, marking the end of the construction.
Radiation Shielding Barium Sulfate Post-Construction Maintenance
From mixing materials to the completion of wall coating, ready-to-use, with no more than 3 hours of wait.
2. Strictly adhere to the process ratio; after the construction of the walls around the machine room is completed, use cement mortar for smoothing and covering.
3. Strict quality supervision, reinforcing the sense of responsibility among construction workers and inspectors, ensuring construction is carried out according to specified requirements.
4. Winter construction requires antifreeze, maintaining an indoor temperature above 10°C.
