Specs: Main beam made of 60×4mm channel steel, secondary beam of 40×4mm angle steel, and edge beam of 40×4mm angle steel. Tools Used: Electric hammer, electric welder, handheld cutting saw, cutting machine; Technical Preparation: Check drawings, develop construction plan, draw main beam layout and grid diagrams, establish construction sequence and detailed node drawings, and conclude technical briefings.

On-site Handling: Clear away any obstructions from the ceiling and surrounding spaces, inspect the reserved air conditioning ventilation openings, plumbing, fire protection, access points (maintenance openings), and electrical wiring; Marking: Prior to construction, ensure the squareness of the ceiling corners, avoiding any oversized or undersized issues; locate the benchmark points for the ceiling level according to the design's required elevation.

Identify symmetrical cross lines on the ceiling and wall substrates, and mark out several horizontal and vertical intersecting lines according to the size of the joist grid. These lines serve as the fixing points for the joist components, which are the positions for the tension bolts or shot nails. Key installation points: Before construction, mark the elevation lines on the surrounding walls, then install the edge and main joists, ensuring they hang at the same level, followed by the secondary joists.

Radiation shielding lead sheet installations involve sequentially placing and directly fixing each lead sheet onto steel studs. During decorative panel installation, they can serve as auxiliary supports to lift and secure the panels onto the studs. Upon completion of the radiation shielding lead sheet installation, the ceiling decoration can be directly applied (such as painting with latex or using other decorative surfaces).
