Below, Wanda Machinery introduces the detailed information about the Coal Mining Machine Cable Clamp: The Coal Mining Machine Cable Clamp plate is made by injection molding of nylon 66 with flame-retardant and antistatic agents (nylon 66 + flame-retardant + antistatic agent) and steel frame, and is connected by pin or bolt according to the working surface of the coal mining machine to form a protective channel for cables or water pipes. The Coal Mining Machine Cable Clamp plate is lightweight, compact in structure, easy to install and maintain, with a long service life, high tensile strength, and great impact resistance. Its advantages include the inner steel frame bearing the drag force, protecting cables or water pipes from external forces, and the addition of flame-retardant and antistatic agents in nylon 66, which provides flame-retardant and antistatic properties. Adjacent cable clamps are easy to connect, can be arbitrarily extended according to the working surface of the coal mining machine, and ensure reliable operation of cables or water pipes during dragging, preventing breakage or damage, improving production efficiency, and reducing maintenance costs. Applications: This product is widely used in traction and protection devices for power supply cables and water pipes for drum-type coal mining machines. There are four types of cable clamps: LJU, LJC, LJO, and LJH, with a total of 18 specifications. 1. Appearance: The surface of the cable clamp plate should be smooth and flat, and the surface covered with non-metallic materials should not expose the steel plate. After the cable clamp plates are connected in series, they should rotate freely and bend easily, with the bending angle meeting the technical drawing requirements. 2. Basic Dimensions: The geometric dimensions of the cable clamp plate should comply with Table 1 and the processing drawings, with the hole diameter tolerance H13 (GB/T 1800.4-1999), the hole spacing tolerance GB/T 1804-f level (GB/T 1804-1992), the size tolerance of H and A MT4 level (GB/T 14486-2008), and the remaining dimensions manufactured according to the unnoted size tolerance MT5 level (GB/T 14486-2008) (see Figures 1 to 4). 3. Tensile Strength: During the test according to clause 7.4 of MT/T117-2007, the tensile strength of the cable clamp plate should reach the working load in Table 2, maintain for 2 minutes, and no residual deformation, cracking, or shedding should be found upon unloading. 4. Ultimate Tensile Force: During the test according to clause 7.5 of MT/T117-2007, the ultimate tensile force of the cable clamp plate should not be less than the specifications in Table 2. 5. Impact Resistance: The cable clamp plate should be able to withstand the impact energy specified in Table 2 during the test according to clause 7.6 of MT/T117-2007, and the cable clamp plate should not crack after the impact. 6. Large Bending Angle: The large bending angle and its tolerance of two adjacent cable clamp plates should comply with the specifications in Table 3, or as agreed upon by both parties.
