Lubricating grease: A thick, paste-like semisolid. It is used for the friction parts of machinery to provide lubrication and sealing. Also used on metal surfaces for filling gaps and preventing rust. Primarily composed of mineral oil (or synthetic lubricating oil) and thickening agents.
Lubricating grease is primarily composed of three parts: thickeners, base oils, and additives. Generally, the content of thickeners in lubricating grease is about 10%-20%, the content of base oils is about 75%-90%, and the content of additives and fillers is below 5%.
Lubricating grease reactor application range:
The reactor is widely used by production users in the oil, chemical, rubber, dye, and food industries, as well as in various scientific research and experimental projects. It serves as a vessel for processes such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation, heating and mixing, and isothermal reaction.
