On the morning of March 8, 2022, at around 10 AM, in a sincere effort to uphold Chengdu's vision for park city development and to co-create and share a happy, green new urban transportation industrial park, the Party Branch of the Group Corporation adopted 100 cherry blossom trees. Led by the Chairman and Party Branch Secretary Tan Jianquan, Vice President Wen Guohong and other members of the branch actively participated in the tree planting event. They meticulously planted the cherry blossoms, fertilized and watered them, embodying the spirit of planting a tree to nurture a forest, ensuring that our descendants can enjoy blue skies, white clouds, green mountains, and clear waters.

The year's journey begins in spring, a season of chasing dreams and sowing seeds. In February 2022, the Sichuan Ke Hua Group held a grand annual work summary meeting and management appointment ceremony on the third floor of the company's office building. The group's leadership, including Chairman Tan Jianquan, CFO Bao Yujing, and Vice President Wen Guohong, along with all company management staff and a portion of the employees, gathered together. The meeting kicked off with the resounding national anthem.

  

The meeting commenced with a summary of February's work from each department. The Marketing Center, Production Center, Purchasing Department, Finance Department, R&D Department, Quality Control Department, Management Department, and all workshop heads sequentially made presentations, summarizing and analyzing the achievements and issues encountered in their respective departments during February.

  

Vice President Wen commented on the work of all departments. Although the output value achieved a positive growth of 25% compared to last year due to the impact of the Spring Festival holiday on work hours in February, there is still a significant gap from the growth target set by the group company. We should have a clear understanding of this. At the same time, we need to strengthen quality management and awareness of responsibility, firmly implement initial product inspections, semi-finished product trial installations, and standardized finished product packaging, and comprehensively enhance product quality and brand influence.

Pak President emphasized in his speech that the company has set clear goals this year. Through data analysis, we have identified our shortcomings and uncovered existing issues. Everyone should diligently fulfill their roles, departments should collaborate closely, complete tasks of high quality, and learn to think from different perspectives, ensuring our work is both substantial and meticulous.

Chairman Tan Jianquan of the Group Corporation addressed the work summary meeting, stating that people are a crucial factor制约 in the development of the enterprise. Self-awareness and self-improvement are essential paths that everyone in the company must take at this stage.
