  • This series of gear pumps is primarily composed of components such as gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, shaft end seals (special requirements available, magnetic drive options, zero-leakage structure), etc. The gears are heat-treated for high hardness and strength, and all moving parts within the pump are lubricated by the medium they convey.
  • The pump features well-designed oil drain and return channels, minimizing the torque force on the gears during operation. Consequently, the bearing load is reduced, wear is minimized, and the pump efficiency is enhanced.
  • The pump is equipped with a differential pressure safety valve for overload protection, with the full回流 pressure of the safety valve being 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure. It can also be adjusted separately within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, this safety valve is not suitable for long-term operation as a pressure-reducing valve, and an additional installation on the pipeline is required if needed.
