DT Model & DA Model

The series of cam splitters are essentially similar in function to the DF model, but工艺 optimizations have allowed this model to withstand greater vertical radial or axial pressure than the DF model. The working mode of this series, as depicted in the images, can be simply described: during machine operation, the hollow shaft with a large-diameter center hole at the output end is stationary, serving solely as a link. It allows the electrical and oil/gas pipelines from the power source to be placed within the center hole. It is only the flange linkage disk at the edge that drives your automation machinery to operate. This series of products not only meets heavy load requirements but also facilitates multi-product wiring and assembly, ensuring a more rigorous overall product structure and superior grade. In comparison, the similar DA model is just slightly flatter in appearance than the DT model, and it is a series of products derived to meet different customers' installation environment requirements.

DS Model

The traditional heart shaft design features an output end with a shaft-end connection, compatible with gears, couplings, or coupling disks for linking with automation machinery products. This includes products equipped with conveyor belt drives, gear drives, and gapless couplings. These are well-suited for use with DS-type cam splitters for collaborative operation. However, when negotiating with cam splitter manufacturers, pay close attention to the tolerance of the hole diameter on the shaft end of your automation machinery product (+0.015/-0) and the keyway tolerance (+0.015/-0) to avoid mismatches during installation that prevent proper linkage.

DF Model

The series of separators feature an overall design similar to that of DS, differing only in their flanged outlet, with a boss center, disc holes, positioning, and pin holes, which create a broad fixed surface. This design ensures a more solid and stable connection, thereby endowing the series with heavy-duty characteristics capable of withstanding significant radial or axial loads. They are particularly suitable for rotary disc drive applications with heavy loads and are widely used in various disc-type processing machinery and similar industrial mechanisms, automated intermittent drives, and driving discs.

P-Type

The principle of this model is to drive the indexing disc on the output shaft using two plate camshafts fixed on the input shaft to achieve the required spacing. This separator features a mechanism design with parallel conjugate cams. If your product requires wider belt drives or longer dwell times for intermittent spacing, we recommend selecting this model. Additionally, there is also a three-piece heavy-duty version, which is more suitable for rapid and long-distance conveyance and has a longer dwell time compared to the two-piece version.
