Thin-shielded leaf springs refer to a special type of structure with a relatively thin cross-section. Their advantage lies in their ability to be used in applications with low compression stress and limited height, thereby saving installation space. Figure 1 showcases a standard thin-shielded leaf spring, featuring a dual assurance installation method of snap-in and adhesive, ensuring a very robust structure. To cater to a wider range of application needs, Eimis Corporation has also developed two other variants of the thin leaf spring series. A brief introduction follows.

Figure 2 showcases the smooth-surface thin shielding spring strip series, specifically designed for applications requiring smooth mating surfaces. The structure eliminates the snap-in installation design to avoid any protruding components, opting instead for a pressure-sensitive adhesive bonding installation method.

In terms of materials, the thin-type shielding bimetallic strip series offers only high-performance beryllium copper products, which boast excellent tensile strength and conductivity, as well as high shielding efficiency, capable of accommodating a wide range of extreme working temperature conditions. Additionally, the product surface is customizable with various electroplating processes to meet clients' surface compatibility requirements, such as bright nickel, bright tin, and zinc chromate plating, among others.
