Stainless steel welded pipes feature minimal wall thickness tolerances and offer a highly uniform wall thickness across the entire circumference. 3. Performance and Price Variations

Seamless pipes outperform welded pipes significantly in terms of corrosion resistance and high-pressure, high-temperature performance. As the manufacturing process of welded pipes improves, their mechanical and mechanical properties are gradually approaching those of seamless pipes. Seamless pipes are more complex to manufacture, and they are more expensive than welded pipes.

For industrial engineering and large-scale equipment that require pipelines for conveying fluids, as well as for power and nuclear power plant boilers that demand high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-strength fluid conveyance pipelines, stainless steel seamless pipes should be selected.
