Flash Dryer Features

1. Wet activated carbon (fines carbon) can be dried and collected in just 5 seconds.

2. Sand and other impurities can be separated from the recycled charcoal.

3. After mixing with activated carbon and heat exchange, the exhaust gas temperature will not be deeply affected by the activated carbon.

Activated carbon dries well under vacuum conditions without producing dust.

5. If coal is chosen as the drying fuel, there will be no smoke emissions throughout the entire drying process, meeting environmental protection requirements. (Other drying heat sources can also be steam, natural gas, biomass, liquefied gas, etc.)

6. The moisture content of the activated carbon dry product can reach up to 10%, and can be adjusted within a specified range upon request.

7. This equipment is made of all stainless steel, which will not increase the content of iron ions or heavy metal ions.

8. The equipment is well-designed with minimal malfunctions during production and easy maintenance.

9. The equipment has a heat utilization rate of ≥90% (higher than other dry welding methods).
