* Key Features

The main unit features a dual-valve control system, facilitating online automatic sample loading.

2. The column spacing compensation circuit electronically compensates for baseline drift during program升温 operation, mitigating complexities from the detector and auxiliary flow system.

3. The signal from the detector, the values from the heater, the furnace temperature, the flow sensor readings, or the stored column compensation baseline signal can all be assigned to a simulated output channel.

4. Self-check and fault diagnosis, power-off protected stored experimental data, stopwatch and running timer, keyboard lock function.

5. Compatible with reverse control workstations (B-type, E-type), enabling real-time control and capable of storing 100 sets of experimental conditions and spectra.

6. Equipped with two flow sensor channels and two single-column compensation channels.

  

Heating Furnace System

Temperature Range: +5℃ to 400℃ ambient

Three-stage programmable temperature ramping, heating rate 0~50℃/min; increment 0.1℃/min.

Temperature control accuracy ±0.05℃。

Users can recalibrate the furnace temperature and set the desired temperature.

The intelligent rear door system features stepless adjustable air volume for intake and exhaust, reducing the time for system stabilization after heating/cooling. The column cabinet can be cooled from 300℃ to 50℃ in less than 15 minutes.

Detector System

Hydrogen Flame Ionization Detector (FID)

Easy to dismantle and install, convenient for cleaning or replacing nozzles, simple to operate; input signals can be logarithmically amplified, reducing interference, with high sensitivity, good linearity, and wide measurement range.

Sensitivity: Mt ≤ 5×10^-12 g/s (n-hexadecane)

Baseline Noise: ≤ 6×10^-12 A/H

Linear Range: ≥105

﹡ Headspace Sampler

The headspace sampler is connected to the gas chromatograph via a dedicated interface, with all parameters settable. Once started, it completes tasks such as needle insertion, pressure balance, quantitative tube sampling, six-way valve switching for injection, and initiating the workstation for sampling and recording.
