(1) Raw materials, including steel coils, welding wires, and flux, all undergo rigorous physical and chemical testing prior to use.
(2) The ends of the strip steel are joined using single or double wire submerged arc welding, followed by automatic submerged arc welding for reinforcement after rolling into steel pipes.
Before forming, the strip steel undergoes leveling, trimming, edging, surface cleaning conveyance, and pre-bending edge treatment.
(4) The输送机sides' pressure cylinders are controlled by an electrical contact pressure gauge to ensure smooth and even conveyance of the strip steel.
(5) Utilize external or internal roll forming.
(6) Employing a weld gap control device to ensure weld gaps meet welding requirements, strictly controlling pipe diameter, misalignment, and weld gaps.
(7) Both inner and outer welding processes utilize Lincoln electric welding machines for single or double wire submerged arc welding, ensuring consistent焊接 quality.
(8) All welded seams undergo online continuous ultrasonic automatic flaw detection, with a non-destructive testing coverage rate for spiral welds. In the event of any defects, an automatic alarm is triggered and marked with paint, allowing production workers to adjust process parameters in real-time and promptly address the defects.
(9)钢管 are cut into individual pieces using an air plasma cutting machine.
After cutting the steel pipes into individual lengths, each batch must undergo a stringent initial inspection process. This includes checking the mechanical properties of the welds, chemical composition, fusion status, surface quality of the pipes, and undergoing non-destructive testing. Only after the pipe-making process meets the required standards can production begin officially.
(11) Areas marked with continuous ultrasonic flaw detection on welds are manually rechecked with ultrasound and X-ray. If defects are confirmed, they are repaired and then retested non-destructively until the defects are confirmed to be eliminated.
All pipes with butt welds for strip steel or T-joints intersecting helical welds have been inspected using X-ray television or film.
Each steel pipe undergoes hydrostatic testing with radial sealing pressure. The testing pressure and time are strictly controlled by the steel pipe water pressure computerized detection device. Test parameters are automatically printed and recorded.
(14) Precision machining at the tube end ensures accurate control of the end face perpendicularity, bevel angle, and burr.
