New Reinforced Concrete Cutting Technology
Our company employs German-made large diamond disc saws (wall saws, floor saws), diamond wire saws (hydraulic rope saws), and reinforced concrete drilling machines for construction projects. The cut surfaces are straight, neat, with smooth wall finishes, and do not require any post-processing for dimensions. The construction operations are fast and efficient, with no vibration, and do not damage the overall building structure. Moreover, they meet environmental protection requirements (low noise, no dust and exhaust pollution), offering superior advantages over traditional construction methods.
Disk Cutter (Hydraulic Wall Saw)
The disc cutting machine (hydraulic wall saw) is widely used in structural renovations of various large-scale buildings, for cutting holes in walls for doors, windows, stairs, elevators, and ventilation openings, with a cutting thickness up to 1000mm and up to 550mm for reinforced concrete floors.
Drilling and Cutting (Water Jet)
The Reinforced Concrete Drilling Machine is capable of drilling in reinforced concrete, stone, ceramics, glass, and refractory materials. It is widely used in building installations, municipal engineering, processing projects, civil engineering quality inspection, telecommunications, plumbing, gas, and chemical pipeline laying, railway bridge and tunnel construction, and core drilling. The drilling diameter range is from 16mm to 1200mm, with a maximum depth of 8000mm.
Steel Wire Cutting (Rope Saw):
The Diamond Steel Wire Cutting (Hydraulic Ropewalk) equipment consists of oil hydraulic pumps, diamond cutting wires, transmission units, etc. By varying the transmission positioning pulley combinations, it can adapt to various cutting construction environments, offering high flexibility and suitability for irregularly shaped objects, large-area objects, underwater cutting, etc. Its cutting speed is six times that of a butterfly blade, and it produces less noise during construction.
