Features include innovative structure, lightweight operation, and safe, reliable use. The entire material is made of low-carbon steel pipes, treated with galvanizing for aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and durability; the steps are equipped with a toothed grid structure for excellent anti-slip performance; collision protection is in place to prevent sparks from occurring. The double spring cylinder provides balanced and reliable operation, and is easy to use. A non-slip chain prevents the ladder from coming loose, ensuring the reliability of work under the suspended ladder assembly, and the reversible steps guarantee safety during operation.

Installation of the activity ladder can be done by pre-b埋ing foot bolts, securing the base plate to the pier via the four F23 holes on the base plate, or by directly welding it to the pier.

Activity ladders are usually mounted at the edge of a pier. Unlock the foot lock mechanism, release one side of the chain, lower the activity ladder, and place the end tread against or near the tank truck, then secure the chain.

Step 2, 3, and 4 ladders have an inclination angle of 90° upward and a descent angle of 25°.

The total weight of the three-step ladder is approximately 130 kg, and the total weight of the four-step ladder is about 160 kg.

Our designed activity ladder has a load capacity of no less than 200 kilograms.

Packaging Method: Domestic transportation uses iron frame binding for packaging, with burlap cloth wrapping to protect metal contact areas. For international shipping, export wooden box packaging is utilized.

Operation, Maintenance, and Care Instructions:

Check the pivot pins on both sides of the end steps; replace the pivot pins if the wear exceeds one-fifth.

b. Regularly apply grease to rotating parts such as shaft pins and bearings.

c. The foot lock should be gently stepped on and released; the telescopic ladder should not be used as a load-bearing tool.

d. Avoid forceful movements when operating the activity ladder; aim for a gentle lift and descent.

e. Be sure to fold up the portable ladder after the loading/unloading operation to prevent collisions.
