Pre-inspection work prior to use
Ensure there are no obstacles or floating objects within the operator's walking range, line of sight, and the route for heavy loads.
b. The manual buttons should respond accurately and sensitively to up, down, left, and right movements, and there should be no abnormal noises from the motor and reducer.
The brake should be sensitive and reliable.

The working temperature range for the electric hoist is -25 to +40°C.
1. Electric Hoists are not suitable for areas with corrosive gases or relative humidity above 85%, and cannot replace explosion-proof hoists. They are not advisable for lifting molten metals or toxic, flammable, and explosive materials.
(2) Electric hoists must not be used to lift heavy loads off-center, and their overloading is strictly prohibited.
During operation, operators should regularly check for any issues such as tangled wire rope, knots, slipped grooves, or wear. If any problems arise, they should be addressed promptly. Additionally, it is crucial to frequently inspect the rope guide and limit switch for safety and reliability.
(4) Do not intentionally use limit switches to stop the lifting of heavy loads or to halt equipment operation in daily operations.
(5) After completing the task, turn off the main power switch and disconnect the main power supply.
(6) A dedicated maintenance staff should inspect the main performance and safety status of the electric hoist once a week, and promptly address any malfunctions.
