General Requirements

1) The specifications and types of pneumatic valves should comply with the requirements of the pipeline design documents.

2) The model of the pneumatic valve should specify the national standard number requirements. If it is a corporate standard, the relevant description of the model should be noted.

3) The pneumatic valve's working pressure should be ≥ the pipeline's working pressure. The valve should be able to withstand a working pressure greater than the actual pipeline pressure without affecting the price. Under the closed condition of the pneumatic valve, any side should be able to bear 1.1 times the working pressure of the valve without leakage. Under the open condition of the valve, the valve body should be able to meet the requirement of twice the valve's working pressure.

4) The manufacturing standards for pneumatic valves should specify the national standard number they are based on. If they are enterprise standards, the procurement contract should be accompanied by the enterprise documents.
