Air悬浮centrifugal blower operating principle:
The main bearing of the magnetic motor generates a magnetic field through an external electromagnetic induction system. This magnetic field creates an attractive force. By controlling the induced part via an inductive frequency converter and the bearing controller, the main shaft achieves levitation within the motor, resulting in a frictionless effect between the impeller and the bearing. This is based on the principle of suspension using electromagnetic induction technology from the electrical system.
With advancements in permanent magnet material technology, semiconductor technology, and control technology, air悬浮wind turbines have emerged as a new type of motor worldwide. During operation, the shaft rotates at high speeds of 20,000 to 200,000 RPM, achieving an engine efficiency of up to 97%. The brushless high-speed permanent magnet motor is also equipped with a numerical control speed regulating device, simplifying system control.
The air悬浮 fan is also a centrifugal blower, with the motor fundamentally different from traditional fans, depending on the speed of the gear increase. Gearless transmission significantly reduces energy consumption from mechanical transmission and friction, greatly enhancing efficiency.

This cooling method, adjusted by a variable frequency converter to control the motor's speed, boasts high accuracy, efficiency, energy saving, low noise, reliable operation, and requires no long-term maintenance.
The air suspension fan is characterized by high speed, vibration-free operation, low noise, compact size, simple structure, energy efficiency, and minimal electromagnetic radiation, making it a green and environmentally friendly motor for energy conservation. To some extent, the suspension fan primarily utilizes oil-free air reinforcement cooling and water cooling technology. The heat sinks are made of high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy (AL), with no additional energy loss and a simple structure.
This design ensures that the drum fan maintains its reliable performance even during the hot summer. The bypass pipe of the internal air outlet of the suspended fan is equipped with exhaust valves and mufflers. Made of carbon steel, the outer shell is internally lined with sound-absorbing material. The fan utilizes pneumatic exhaust valves, guaranteeing a safe shutdown of the fan without any impact in the event of power outages or abnormalities, while also being aesthetically pleasing.
The air-suspended fan is directly connected to the impeller fan via elastic nozzles to reduce pressure loss and noise in the inlet pipe. The filters and silencers are made of steel casings, lined with sound-insulating material. The square or rectangular replaceable filter cores of the floating fan are installed at the intake, and the integral intake silencer, consisting of a sound-absorbing material sheet structure, is installed between the intake of the fan body and the filter to reduce intake noise.
Additionally, the air悬浮fans, utilizing advanced air悬浮bearing technology, completely eliminate mechanical friction and vibration. Strict measurements have proven that at a distance of 1m from the machine, the noise level during operation is 80dB, making it an extremely useful piece of equipment.
