Drills are primarily scheduled flexibly based on the actual conditions of the work face.Inner MongoliaConcreteCuttingTo protect the structural rebars during the crushing process, effective crushing methods should be adopted based on local conditions. Isolation zones should be set up within 5 meters of the crushing area to ensure construction safety. After the concrete is primarily crushed, the area can be accessed for separation, reinforcement, and cleaning.
Rebar and concrete separation
Oxygen and acetylene gas cutting is used to separate all the rebars from the supports and joists. When some broken concrete blocks are too large, the air compressor can separate the rebars from the concrete through secondary crushing on-site. The separated rebars should be promptly cleaned and manually stacked in the foundation pit, with sections lifted out. The rebars are transported out after a short period of on-site storage.

When dealing with concrete waste...
After the steel bars are separated, the concrete waste and small forklifts manually clear the accumulation beneath the foundation pit. Net bags and lifting equipment are used for vertical transportation of the bottom plate or ground near the edge of the foundation pit. During the lifting process, ensure the safety of the construction area of the lifting equipment, and remove the construction waste from the foundation pit.
4. Product Protection
We strictly control the size of the concrete破碎 particles supported, with a general particle size not exceeding 300mm. Steel pipes are set on the support plates to form a grid isolation, preventing large concrete masonry blocks from falling into the gaps between the trench and the basement walls.
Thoroughly clean up the foundation pit after breaking, providing a working surface for the construction of the supporting beam cutting structure.
