Stacked Low-Temperature Chilled Water Unit

The cascade low-temperature chiller is composed of two or more independent refrigeration systems, each of which can adopt a single-stage or double-stage compression refrigeration system. These two components are connected by a condensing evaporator, which serves as both the condenser for the low-temperature cycle and the evaporator for the high-temperature cycle, as the evaporation of the refrigerant in the high-temperature cycle is used to condense the refrigerant in the low-temperature cycle. In this way, the heat (refrigerant) absorbed by the low-temperature cycle is transferred to the refrigerant in the high-temperature cycle, which then transfers the heat to the ambient medium (air or water).

The refrigeration cycle of the multi-stage low-temperature chilled water system can meet the appropriate evaporation pressure at lower evaporation temperatures, as well as the moderate condensation pressure at ambient temperatures.

Application Scope

Low-temperature chillers are applied in: Widely used in rubber, plastics, petroleum, chemicals, electronics, papermaking, textiles, brewing, ZY, food, machinery, beverages, vacuum coating, electroplating, central air conditioning, and many other fields. They are also commonly used for centralized cooling systems, facilitating centralized management. Low-temperature chillers can be customized into acid and alkali-resistant models to meet the special requirements of customers' unique processes, or into low-temperature models, paired with low-temperature refrigerants, to achieve the special requirements of customers' unique processes.
