One: Inspection

Before renovation, inspect the sports wooden floor. This ensures the degree of wear can be determined, allowing for the selection of appropriate sanding tools to be used.

Refine

Based on the density and depth of scratches on the sports wooden floor, select sandpaper for sanding to achieve a smooth surface. The depth of sanding should be determined according to the wear of the floor, generally speaking.

Its scope is fixed to the installation of court wooden flooring between 0.5mm and 2mm.

Three: Patching and Repairing

Mix the spackling powder and floor powder to create a putty matching the floor color, ensuring that the width of the gap or other minor defects being repaired does not exceed 2mm.

Polishing

Polishing the sports wooden flooring with a polishing machine, while also using a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The surface of the wooden flooring must be free of any dust, and brushes and rags should be used to clean the edges and corners near the walls.

It's as simple as keeping it clean.

Painting and marking

The floor is painted after the cleaning is completed. Refurbishing the wooden court flooring requires the use of sports floor paint that meets the German DI18032 standard. The painting work is finished, and the floor is now ready.
