September 15, 2020 - The power generation units equipped with the YC6CN series biomass gas-powered engines successfully passed tests for sudden load increase, decrease, full load, and high temperature. They are now being shipped from Qingdao Port to Central Asia. The total installed capacity of this batch of orders is 12.5 megawatts.
Due to the characteristics of biomass gas, such as low calorific value and high impurity content, it demands higher requirements for power generation equipment compared to other gas-powered generators. The YC6CN series, with its compact structure, excellent adaptability, and high reliability, is the leading low-calorific gas internal combustion engine power source on the international market. The gas-powered generator sets that accompany it utilize the most advanced gas control technology, closed-loop lean-burn technology at low temperatures, as well as adaptive and self-learning technologies, achieving ultra-low emissions of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides.
To ensure timely order delivery, the R&D technicians at Weifang Napte Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd. have overcome numerous technical challenges. This ensures that the power generation sets maintain optimal performance under the extreme conditions of scorching temperatures and heavy sandstorms in Central Asia, meeting the stringent requirements for continuous operation of biomass gas power stations.
