Scope of Application:
The gravity-fed conveying system is widely used in various production lines across industries such as electronics, electrical appliances, and electromechanical equipment. Industries commonly utilizing the high-speed chain conveyors include: computer monitor production lines, desktop computer assembly lines, laptop assembly lines, air conditioner production lines, TV assembly lines, microwave oven assembly lines, printer assembly lines, fax machine assembly lines, audio amplifier production lines, and engine assembly lines.
Cautionary Note:
1. During normal operation, the production line must be immediately shut down and promptly reported for repair due to normal or accidental wear, as well as various abnormal phenomena that may arise during its operation, in order to prevent major accidents from occurring.
2. Unauthorized repair by non-professionals or without permission from a professional repairperson is prohibited.
3. During circuit maintenance, if necessary, the production line supervisor may be requested to assign personnel to wait at the electrical box to prevent others from activating the production line, and warning signs must be hung. Additionally, power must be shut off before any repairs can be conducted; live operations are not permitted.
