The buried integrated sewage treatment equipment features physical filtration, biological degradation, and plant collection technologies. While effectively removing organic matter, it协同 removes nitrates and phosphates through the combined efforts of aquatic plants and microorganisms, making it particularly suitable for projects involving the treatment and recycling of rural domestic wastewater, river, and natural lake water systems. Below, our editor will guide you through what to consider when installing buried integrated sewage treatment equipment.

Based on the installation and foundation drawings, we have manufactured the foundation, completing the concrete floor to the size specified in the installation drawing. The foundation requires an average of 5 tons per square meter.

2. The installation and connection of pipelines should be considered upon the arrival of the equipment. Upon arrival, it should be coordinated with the equipment's self-weight as specified in the manual, the crane's tonnage size, and the installation sequence should be referenced against the location in the site plan. The position, direction, and spacing of the cylinder should not be mistaken.

3. Refer to the installation diagram for pipe connection. Upon arrival of the equipment, secure the pipes with rubber washers to prevent joint leaks.

4. Upon completion of the equipment installation, connect the equipment to the ground floor to secure it in place and prevent movement. Inject wastewater into the unit (use other water sources or tap water if wastewater is unavailable), ensuring the filling level is above 70% to avoid floating. Additionally, inspect all piping for leaks. Leaks must occur from all outlets of the test water, and the equipment must not be affected by rising ground water. It is necessary to incline the equipment.

After the equipment installation is complete, fill the surrounding area and gaps with soil to reinforce. When leveling the ground with fill soil, note the following: (1) The equipment maintenance mask must be about 50mm higher than the ground; (2) The entrance of the manhole cover should not be blocked with soil.

6. Connect the control lines between the electrical control cabinets and the equipment. During wiring, be mindful of the transition between the underwater aeration and the pollution pump motor. The basement control cabinet should be placed in the ventilation station to maintain dryness. Generally, control cabinets should not be placed outdoors. Prevent exposure to sunlight, rainfall, etc. Prevent leakage or damage to the control cabinet and terminal blocks.

7. Important Notes: (1) Ensure the installation is free from water or rain, (2) the outlet pipe of the equipment must be less than 0.4 meters from the ground, (3) the equipment cannot exert pressure on loads above it; no large vehicles are allowed to pass (removing any special designs); (4) the equipment is generally not designed to empty internal wastewater to prevent floating of the groundwater equipment.

8. Note that equipment installation drawings and piping connection drawings should adhere to standard connections, flat alignment, and layout, but they must be submitted prior to contract signing.

9. Connect the blower and pump control lines, ensuring the correct orientation of the blower and pump.

The buried integrated sewage treatment equipment features a centralized sewage treatment system with high automation, easy management, excellent water quality, and high stability. It fully meets the house discharge requirements for rural sewage conditions.
