General Functions and Requirements: The pump control cabinet is provided by the pump manufacturer and should include, but not be limited to, the following functions and requirements:

All electrical components must comply with regulations and standards.

2. The control cabinet should meet the system's functional and control requirements.

The control panel should display all working parameters in both Chinese and English.

4. The control cabinet has a protection rating of IP54

5. The control cabinet clearly displays the operation and faults of the pump, along with audio-visual alarm signals. The LCD can be used to display system parameters. Each control cabinet should provide the following passive contact signals and interface terminals, and be capable of transmitting the passive contact signals for each pump's operation and fault to the fire alarm system. The fire alarm system controls the start and stop of fire pumps through passive contact signals. The manual/automatic switch status signals of each fire pump (via passive contact signals) are transmitted to the fire alarm system. The start and stop status signals of each fire pump (via passive contact signals) are transmitted to the fire alarm system. Each fire pump fault signal (via passive contact signals) is transmitted to the fire alarm system. Sufficient terminals should be reserved within the control cabinet according to functional requirements, with an additional 25% of empty terminals. The fire pump control cabinet should reserve passive contact signals for the fire alarm system, and the bidder is responsible for coordinating and determining the reserved location for passive contact signal connections. The automatic spray pump control cabinet should be able to receive pressure transmission signals from the pressure sensor of the pump group's outlet pipe. When the pressure is below the pressure of the pressure maintenance pump, the control cabinet issues a command to start the pressure maintenance pump; when the system reaches the set pressure value, the pressure maintenance pump shuts off; when the pressure is below the starting pressure of the automatic sprinkler main pump, the control cabinet issues a command to start the automatic sprinkler main pump, and the sprinkler system provides sufficient water to reach the design value.
