Anhui Net, Dawan Client reports that due to continuous heavy rainfall, some areas in Feidong County, Hefei, have experienced severe waterlogging. The Urban Management Bureau of the Circular Garden in the county promptly initiated an emergency response plan, fully organizing personnel to carry out flood prevention and drainage efforts to ensure traffic flow. The water level in the scenic river of Yihé Commercial Street in the county has been rising continuously. To ensure the safety of nearby residents, urban management team members urgently borrowed drainage pumps to pump out the water.

On the morning of July 18th, severe flooding occurred in certain areas of the Anzhexia Yihetianjia and Renhetianjia communities, affecting residents' safe passage. The Circular Garden Urban Management Bureau mobilized all personnel to conduct repeated inspections of the Zhonghuan Road and other prone to flooding spots within the communities. They promptly cleared debris around storm grates and wells to ensure unobstructed drainage; in response to missing, damaged, or misplaced manhole covers, emergency warning signs were set up to guide vehicles and pedestrians through the area safely. Additionally, urban management team members, in collaboration with community and property staff, intensified their inspections, checking water levels in each building, filling sandbags in the rain, and temporarily piling them at the entrances of buildings with deep water to prevent further flooding.
