The roll bending machine is a shaping machine that performs continuous point bending on sheet metal, featuring the capability to roll into O-shaped, U-shaped, and multi-segment R-shaped sheet materials. Due to the varying applications, different types of roll bending machines exist. They are categorized by the number of rolls into three-roller and four-roller machines. Transmission-wise, they are divided into mechanical and hydraulic types. The roll bending machine is a general-purpose equipment specifically designed for bending, shaping, and straightening metal sheet materials and is widely used in industries such as shipbuilding, chemical engineering, boiler manufacturing, hydropower, pressure vessels, and mechanical manufacturing.
Regular maintenance and inspection of the coil rolling machine is crucial for extending its lifespan. Today, we will introduce to you the key points for daily maintenance and inspection of the coil rolling machine, hoping our introduction will be helpful to you!
According to the specifications in the machine lubrication diagram, add oil to each lubrication cup and manual lubrication points as required.
2. The rolling process is conducted according to the specifications of the rolling machine, with a rolling thickness of 20mm, a length of 2500mm, and the yield strength of the rolling material is less than 250Mpa.
After powering on, operate the lower roller in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, and the upper roller in its up and down motion, checking for any abnormal jamming.
4. Operate strictly according to the coil rolling process and procedures. Pay utmost attention to the safe operation of the equipment when the upper roller reaches its limit position.
5. All personnel must coordinate with each other during operations and follow the instructions of the rolling supervisor. Without an authorization code, operation of the machine is strictly prohibited.
6. When performing coil rolling operations, extreme caution must be exercised to prevent hands from being crushed or rolled into the steel plate.
After the main drive is shut down, the lifting and lowering of the top roller, the tilting and resetting of the flip bearing, and the lifting of the top roller can be performed.
During operation, if irregular noises or impacts occur, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection.
When lifting steel plates or reels with a crane, be mindful not to collide with the machinery.
Upon completion of the coil rolling work, ensure the materials are fully utilized and the site is cleared, and promptly turn off the power.
