Tubular Reactor

    The tubular reactor enhances turbulence and contact area between gas and liquid within the pipes, thanks to the action of multiple structural units fixed within the pipeline. This improves the microscopic mixing within the tubular reactor, with its efficiency being one order of magnitude higher than that of a standard empty pipe reactor under similar conditions. Moreover, under the same energy dissipation rate, the tubular reactor can improve microscopic mixing in both laminar and turbulent flow states, with its efficiency surpassing that of continuous stirring.

Note: Customers provide material characteristics parameters, or bring materials to the production base for on-site testing. Manufacturers select the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
