During the production, processing, and use of polyurethane materials, whether it's flat or overhead, circular or spherical, or even irregular objects, it is typically possible to spray and process indirectly without incurring expensive manufacturing costs.
Polyurethane thermal insulation coatings have a series of insulating layers. Their shapes typically belong to the same category as some materials. During the specific spraying process, there are usually no gaps. It can be said that both have excellent thermal insulation properties, even with a very good thermal insulation surface on the outer layer, which can effectively protect the internal material. At the same time, the surface coating can be easily wiped off and further repaired.
Polyurethane thermal insulation materials, particularly for large surfaces, present a higher level of manufacturing complexity. Their molding rate is relatively fast throughout the entire operation process, with an exceptional adhesive ability, ensuring a strong bond in various locations and surfaces. Additionally, their thermal conductivity is lower than that of other materials, making them a unique choice for building insulation and thermal insulation applications.
Construction sites must have electrical and water installation conditions and maintain a clean work environment. Open flames, gas welding, and electric welding are prohibited. Spraying operations are not allowed on construction sites. If necessary, fire-fighting equipment should be provided, and professional staff should be arranged to ensure safety measures. In case of a fire, promptly activate the fire-fighting equipment to extinguish the fire source. During spraying work, staff must wear respirator masks, rubber gloves, and rubber boots. Workers should also wear safety helmets and harnesses to prevent falls from heights while working at elevated levels.
