Pumps and their drives, along with auxiliary equipment, are mounted on a single base, ensuring a compact layout that is easy for safe operation and maintenance.
The valve blades are arranged axially, reducing wear on the blades and extending their service life.
Up and down packing and piston rings and guide rings are made of four-fluorinated fillers, which have self-lubricating properties, thus the cylinder does not require additional lubricating oil. Moreover, the piston rings are lined with tension rings, ensuring automatic compensation after wear, which extends the service life of the piston rings.
All flat sealing employs expanded Teflon sealing, which is resistant to medium corrosion and ensures the reliability of the sealed joint surface.
The cylinder and housing feature isolated chambers, with an effective length greater than one stroke. This effectively prevents lubricating oil in the crankcase from entering the vacuum system and keeps the medium of the vacuum system from entering the crankcase, thereby extending the service life of the shaft bearing.
Rod big-end and small-end bushings are lubricated by forced oil lubrication. The lubrication system features a specially customized orbital oil pump, capable of pressures over 0.2 MPa, ensuring the lubrication of both big-end and small-end shaft bushings, thereby extending their service life.
Piston rods and connecting rods are designed with a split structure for easy maintenance.
The cylinder balance air passage and smooth transition with the cylinder inner wall reduce piston ring wear.
The filling box, cylinder, and cylinder head are equipped with forced water cooling, with the cooling water passages located on the outer side of the three boxes to ensure no water enters the overflow areas. The drain is positioned at the low point of the three boxes, allowing for complete draining of the cooling water within the boxes when the machine is shut down, thus preventing the boxes from cracking due to freezing.
The fuselage fueling port is equipped with an exhaust device, effectively addressing the issue of fuselage overheating after prolonged operation, thereby extending the lifespan of the equipment. It also effectively prevents the leakage of lubricating oil from the fueling port.
The cylinder liner is made of stainless steel, pressed into shape, and is a pioneering product in the vacuum pump industry, featuring easy maintenance.
