● The equipment features automatic start/stop and remote monitoring capabilities.

The speed control system employs a PLC touch screen for operation, facilitating connection and operation with matching equipment.

Each corona roller is equipped with a servo motor, driver, and planetary reducer to ensure precise speed synchronization.

● Internal spiral flow channel design in the roller, with cooling water in and out from the same end, equipped with high-quality rotating joints.

We offer standard industrial Ethernet bus protocols for easy integration with matching equipment for central control.

● Equipped with various alarm functions, including wind pressure failure, load failure, main power failure, emergency stop, frame closure failure, and rotation failure alarms.

● Equipped with a 3-color sound and light alarm unit separately.

● The discharge electrode is made of imported German ceramic tube, ensuring even, reliable discharge with a long service life.

The control system can be integrated with the factory MES monitoring system for the owner.
