(1) The building houses only one elevator, which has been in use for 15 years; if there's a backup, it's been around for 18.
(2) The production has been strictly halted, and the elevators have exceeded 15 years of operation.
(3) Elevators with severe wear on the main unit and major components, having undergone three or more major repairs.
2. Elevator Decommissioning Standards
The standard for elevator scrapping is:
(1) There is a quality issue with the product or there are serious installation quality defects.
(2) Structural damage to the building has resulted in a severe accident involving the elevator, or has caused significant damage to the elevator equipment.
(3) The building has experienced severe tilt, with the compensating chain guide device causing the elevator to operate at an angle greater than 15 degrees from the vertical.
(4) The elevator's main mechanical components have experienced severe rust, deformation, or the electrical equipment has shown significant aging or damage.
(5) We cannot guarantee the safe and proper operation of the elevator.
3. General Specifications of Compensation Chain Guiding Device Elevators
General indicators of elevators include the number of elevators, carrying capacity, and rated speed.
The conveying capacity should meet the elevator requirements during the 5-minute peak period, and the waiting time for the elevator should be as short as possible.
