The dynamometer system can measure motors' voltage, current, input power, power factor, frequency, speed, torque, output power, direction, and efficiency in real-time, while simultaneously measuring the ambient temperature. The software automatically measures, loads, samples, judges, and records data, capable of generating motor characteristic curves and saving them in Excel format. All test data is recorded and can be queried and printed.
The system can perform type tests (both manual and automatic), factory tests, start-up tests, stall tests, and lifespan tests (including constant load and alternating load tests), among others.
The dynamometer is a bidirectional adjustable power supply with variable frequency loading technology. The bidirectional adjustable power supply provides the required electrical energy for the test motor driver while also supplying the electrical energy feedback from the load motor to the regulating power supply. During the energy feedback of variable frequency loading, it does not pollute the power grid. It ensures that the electrical energy absorbed by the load motor is fed back to the DC power supply, with a conversion efficiency of no less than 70%. The load motor features constant torque and constant speed operation, and can fully meet the requirements of loading tests through computer interfaces and software.
To prevent errors or incorrect operations during the power dynamometer's operation, the software features numerous protective measures: In the event of overspeed, over-power, abnormal current or power, abnormal loading, no speed, no current, voltage fluctuations, or excessive brake temperature, the software will automatically terminate the test and trigger an alarm.
